Day 1

You can begin your Blue Voyage along the Datça Peninsula from Datça Port. Today, you can follow an ideal route by visiting the bays of Kargı Bay, Kayabükü, and Berilbükü in that order. These bays are tranquil, wind-sheltered places perfect for relaxation and exploration, especially popular among yachts and gulet cruises.

Framed by eucalyptus trees and hills that block the strong northerly winds, Kargı Bay has crystal clear turquoise waters with a blend of freshwater and seawater. You can enjoy swimming, diving into the depths, or relaxing on deck with the bay's quiet hills as a backdrop.

Exploring the calm waters and untouched shores of Kayabükü and Berilbükü is also a wonderful experience. In the cool of the Datça evening, you can end the day with an al fresco dinner on your boat, accompanied by fresh seafood and mezes.

Day 2:

The next day, head to Palamutbükü, one of Datça’s most beautiful and peaceful bays. This day smells like summer with the turquoise sea, fine sands, and warm sun of the Mediterranean coast. Surrounded by olive groves and almond trees, it offers a slower pace of life that attracts travellers seeking tranquillity and natural beauty.

Before reaching Palamutbükü, you can enjoy the clear waters of Muğla at Kurubük and Aquarium Bay and spend time on the peaceful shores. Palamutbükü, with its unique natural beauty and streets alive with art, is one of the most popular areas for anchoring during Blue Voyage. At the local markets and shops here, you can discover traditional Turkish handicrafts adorned with distinctive patterns.

These exquisite crafts make wonderful gifts for your home and loved ones, so be sure to explore them while you’re in Datça. You can take a walk in the surrounding area to discover the natural beauty and everyday life. Restaurants serve fresh seafood and traditional Aegean mezes made with herbs and vegetables grown in nearby gardens. You can enjoy the tranquillity of Palamutbükü in summer and savour the flavours of the Turkish Riviera.

Day 3:

On the last day of the Blue Voyage along the Datça Peninsula, you will head to Knidos Archaeological Site and its surrounding area. Before reaching the final destination, you can enjoy swimming and sunbathing on your boat in the calm waters of Sevenbükü and Bükceğiz.

You can swim in the unique and crystal clear waters of these bays where the Aegean and Mediterranean seas meet. Knidos is a classic Blue Voyage destination that promises to reveal the ancient history of the region and the stories from the past civilisations. Once a major cultural and commercial centre of the ancient world, the site is today an open-air archaeological site where visitors can walk among the remnants of ancient theatres, temples, houses, and a double harbour. You can also see a circular temple dedicated to Aphrodite, the remains of a lighthouse, and mosaics still visible in the stone foundations.

The site also houses the famous statue of Aphrodite by Praxiteles, which is considered the first depiction of a nude female figure in classical history. After exploring Knidos Archaeological Site and the natural beauty of its surroundings, you can discover the inland areas. Here, you can buy handmade, stylish accessories for yourself and your loved ones from local boutiques. There are also many local shops where you can find Turkish rugs with vibrant patterns reflecting the spirit of the Turkish Riviera and traditional handicrafts. On the last day of your journey, you will discover both the historical, cultural, and natural wonders of Datça.
