Day 1: Hasanboğuldu - Sütüven Waterfall

The first destination will be Sütüven Waterfall and Hasanboğuldu Pond, located in the forests of Mount Ida, a hidden haven for campers. The Sütüven Waterfall, which flows into the Hasanboğuldu Pond, is famous for its waters that appear as white foam after cascading down.

After setting up the camp, you can hike the short walking trails between the two to explore the area. If you’re interested in nature photography, you’ll have a chance to catch beautiful green-blue shots of Mount Ida. Both the waterfall and the greenery surrounding the short hiking trail show the most aesthetic side of nature.

Then, return to the camping area to enjoy swimming in the cool mountain water while relaxing to the sound of the falls. You can stay overnight before tomorrow’s destination on the route.

Day 2: Weeping Waterfall (Aphrodite’s Tears)

In the early light of the morning, you can hit the road to Weeping Waterfall, which is also known as Aphrodite's Tears. This lesser-known waterfall is renowned for its gentle, delicate flow that looks like tears trickling down the rocks.

Hence, it has another poetic and romantic name related to Aphrodite, the goddess of love and beauty. Its name reflects both the aesthetic beauty of the site and the local cultural appreciation for mythological symbolism. You can also explore this region after setting up your camp to spend the day here and have a picnic.

You can go on a hiking and photography tour to discover the natural beauties of the region. It’s another wonderful day of relaxation in the mythical and peaceful ambience of Mount Ida. Then, spend the night at the camp here again and gather energy for your new route.

Day 3: Mıhlı Waterfall

On the last day of the route, head to Mıhlı Waterfall, which is further away from the two other waterfalls. The waterfall is a beautiful natural spot featuring two serene ponds fed by cascading water. It is popular for camping, with peaceful sites available near the waterfall where visitors can enjoy hiking, swimming, and picnicking. After setting up the camp, start to explore the surrounding area.

The historic Başdeğirmen Bridge, a Roman-era stone arch bridge recently restored, is close to the waterfall. You can both take photographs of the natural beauty and this historically significant bridge. While listening to the sound of the waterfall, your mind and body will relax, and you can practice yoga or meditation if you wish.

On the last day of your route exploring the depths of Mount Ida, you will feel completely refreshed from the city's fatigue, as your soul finds peace in the mountain’s mystical and tranquil atmosphere.
