Yalova, the peaceful corner of the Marmara region where green meets blue, has been a center of relaxation and healing since the Roman and Ottoman periods. Honored by Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of modern Türkiye, who described it as "the water city of the future," Yalova stands today as one of the most respected health tourism destinations both locally and internationally. With its micro-climate surrounded by pine forests and its deep-rooted spa tradition, the city offers its guests a holistic purification in the heart of nature.

Yalova's geothermal resources are concentrated primarily in the Termal and Armutlu districts. Some of these thermo-mineral waters reach mineral concentrations of up to 2,127 mg/L, while spring temperatures can reach approximately 75°C, reflecting the region's significant geothermal potential. Rich in sulphates, sodium and calcium, these thermal waters are widely used in balneotherapy as complementary therapies. Scientific studies support their use particularly for rheumatic conditions and musculoskeletal rehabilitation as part of comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programmes.

Positioned as an accessible point of tranquility due to its proximity to metropolises like Istanbul and Bursa, Yalova promises unique well-being with its rich mineral content and pristine air for those seeking daily rejuvenation or long-term medical rehabilitation.
