Lumina: The Art of Color and Light Exhibition
"Lumina: The Art of Color and Light," the first comprehensive exhibition resulting from the collaboration between Arkas Art and the Centre Pompidou, has opened its doors!
Comprising seven thematic sections, the exhibition explores the relationship between light, color, and perception within the evolution of modern art. This inaugural season of a five-year program focuses on the theme of color and light, encompassing diverse approaches across film, music, and performance alongside the visual arts.
Bringing together 83 works from various eras of modern and contemporary art, the exhibition highlights the transformation of color and light through the creations of artists such as Georges Braque, Wassily Kandinsky, Gerhard Richter, Joan Mitchell, Bridget Riley, and Victor Vasarely.
"Lumina: The Art of Color and Light" welcomes art lovers to visit until February 14, 2027.
